John J. Lavin

Mr. Lavin's practice focuses on construction litigation in both the private and public sectors.  His clients range from small local private sector contractors to those performing public sector work in both state and federal arenas, especially contractors working in the DBE set aside program space, including SDVOSB and VOSBs.  He handles all phases of construction matters from contract negotiation, bid protests, claims, preparation of requests for equitable adjustments, lawsuits, arbitrations and mediations.  Mr. Lavin previously served as co-chair of the Construction Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
