Anne Bremner is a trailblazer in civil litigation, delivering trial verdicts in favor of her clients in some of the nation’s most high-profile cases. A litigation shareholder and trial attorney for 26 years, early experience as a public prosecutor led to a lauded private practice at Stafford Frey Cooper, where Bremner specializes in government liability, personal injury, and real estate litigation that includes escrow and title disputes.
Bremner gained national attention as the successful defense counsel in Vili Fualaau v. Highline School District and the Des Moines Police Department (the "Mary Kay Letourneau Case"). In addition, Bremner defended class actions following “WTO” (the "Battle of Seattle") and for the Seattle Police Department Police Dogs, a national test case brought against the use of canines by officers. Bremner was also the lead trial attorney for the Olympic Pipe Line Company, resolving $500 million in claims after a massive pipeline rupture.
Bremner has been a featured legal consultant for the major news organizations such as CNN and Fox, and was included as one of the "25 Smartest People" in Washington by Washington Law & Politics Magazine.
