I can’t go a day without … espresso.
If you were in my office, you’d … ask me why I have a wagon. (I used it to help a client move and shred some tax documents.)
My colleagues would be surprised to know that … I like to write haiku.
When I was a newbie lawyer I … was featured on the front page of the Boston Business Journal as a new lawyer looking for a job.
The quality I most like in a lawyer is … integrity; second-most is cleverness.
My career high point (so far) has been … an approval of a private letter ruling request with the IRS, and serving as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section.
If I weren’t a lawyer, I’d be … a math teacher.
The SCOTUS justice I’ve met is … Justice O’Connor, when she was at my law school in 2008.
My favorite social media account to follow is … @llamawithnodrama on Instagram.
I can do a pretty good impersonation of … Donald Duck.
On weekends I … try to get outside, no matter the weather.
My motto is … treat every person you meet like you’ll know them for 100 years.
I wish I had invented … the Apple Watch (my favorite gadget).
My favorite podcast is … The Mel Robbins Podcast.
The last TV show I binge-watched was … Your Friends & Neighbors.
Nothing cheers me up like … going for a hike followed by ice cream with my dog, Olive, and my husband, Doug.
My favorite word is … kindness.
My least-favorite word is … insects, because then I think about them crawling on me.
If I won the lottery, I’d … claim the winnings in a trust—which I’ve helped clients do in the past so they can remain anonymous!
If I had a time machine, I would … stop time for the rest of the world while I kept working so I could catch up on all my to-do list items.
