$25 per notarization
Notarize is an alternative to an in-person notary that allows me to have options for situations in which using a standard notary is not workable, such as when clients are not able to travel, documents must be notarized quickly, or documents need to be notarized after hours. The iPhone app allows users to connect to a notary 24/7, and the whole process is performed electronically. Once the document is notarized, the user can then send a copy of the notarized document via email, print a copy, or access a video recording of the transaction.

As a trademark attorney, I have utilized Twitter as a way to harness information from various academics and a few select practitioners on emerging issues. By curating lists on Twitter, you can efficiently aggregate a range of legal opinions and objective information on new and/or controversial issues in trademark law. It is a great way to keep your fingers on the pulse point of what the trademark bar is discussing; oftentimes it leads to spirited debates about case outcomes or the law, leading many to refer to the range of people and topics as #TrademarkTwitter.
