David Levine

David Levine is a freelance writer whose work has appeared in The New York Times, Sports Illustrated, American Heritage, and dozens of other publications. He is the author, co-author, or ghostwriter of seven books, including the basketball books Life on the Rim (Macmillan) and In the Land of Giants (Little, Brown). His latest book, The Hudson Valley: The First 250 Million Years, was published by Globe Pequot Press in 2020.

David S. De Jong

David De Jong is a tax attorney and nationally recognized tax authority who speaks to various industry groups throughout the country. Co-author of Year-Round Tax Strategies, he has been quoted in publications including The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. He has also testified as an expert witness more than 50 times in tax, estate, business-valuation and economic-income matters. 

Dawn Weinberger

Dawn Weinberger is a Portland-based freelance writer who has contributed to Glamour, The Oregonian, the Portland Business Journal, and many others. She currently writes about health, business, style and personal finance for several publications. Dawn has a bachelor's degree in journalism and is a member of the American Society of Journalists and Authors.

Doug Mentes, Esq.

Douglas Mentes is an alum of Drake University with a degree in journalism, who has covered news in Washington, D.C., Minneapolis and Salt Lake City. He has a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and ran his own law firm for more than 10 years in St. Paul, Minnesota, earning designation as a Super Lawyers Rising Star. He practiced in the areas of family law, real estate and probate, handling several successful appeals. He currently covers bankruptcy law for Thomson Reuters.

Emily Coon

Emily Coon is a former staffer at Super Lawyers, where she made contributions to proofing, writing and fact-checking efforts. She has a communications and journalism degree from the University of St. Thomas and has also contributed to The Lala.

Emma Way

Emma Way is a writer and editor living in Charlotte, North Carolina. By day, she is a director of editorial product at Axios, serving as the connector between 30 local reporting teams across the country. The Delaware-native and Washington College graduate has been writing for Super Lawyers since 2018.

Eric Prindle, Esq.

Eric Prindle is an attorney, writer, and digital marketer based in Minneapolis, where he lives with his partner and two children. Originally from Pennsylvania, he is a 2006 graduate of New York University School of Law and has more than 16 years of legal marketing experience, including 12 years managing content operations and digital strategy teams. He also currently serves as a member of the home rule Charter Commission for the City of Minneapolis.

Francine Friedman Griesing

Ms. Griesing is the founder and managing partner of Griesing Law, a woman-owned Philadelphia-based firm. She is considered a national expert on legal ethics and bullying in the profession. She is also a Super Lawyers listee in business litigation and ADR.

G.K. Sharman

G.K. Sharman is an accomplished writer, editor and photographer with a daily newspaper background. She has a degree in written communications from University of Mary Washington, and is head writer/editor at Think Agency Inc. in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Sharman won a Society for Professional Journalists award for a Super Lawyers profile on Jacksonville personal injury attorney Mike Ossi.

Hannah Black

Hannah Black is a freelance writer for Super Lawyers. She studied journalism at the University of Missouri and has written for publications in Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Brussels, Belgium. Most recently, she worked as a criminal justice reporter for the Wyoming Tribune Eagle, covering law enforcement and the legal system. She was named the Wyoming Press Association Journalist of the Year for 2021.
