Harris Meyer is a veteran legal and healthcare reporter and editor who has written for Super Lawyers, American Lawyer Media, ABA Journal, Kaiser Health News, Health Affairs, Medscape, Modern Healthcare, and many other publications. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and lives with his wife, Deborah, in Chicago.

Henry Baskin

Henry Baskin holds a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, was awarded an honorary Ph.D. from Central Michigan University, and has practiced family and entertainment law for more than 50 years. He was featured in Super Lawyers in 2006.

Hilary Abramson

An award-winning California journalist, Hilary Abramson was an investigative and magazine writer at The Sacramento Bee and The Sacramento Union for a total of two decades. She has also been managing editor of Pacific News Service, a public radio commentator and a consultant for foundations. Her work has also appeared in The Los Angeles Times, Newsday, The San Francisco Chronicle, The San Francisco Examiner,  San Francisco Magazine, and Kaiser Health News. A generalist known as much for her writing style as for muckraking, Abramson has told hundreds of stories before their time. She is an independent writer whose passion to pass on the truth includes mentoring and writing for literary publications.

Ilene Lelchuk

Ilene Lelchuk has more than 25 years' experience as an award-winning journalist, content creator and editor. She was a longtime staff writer for the San Francisco Chronicle, where she covered city politics and homelessness. Ilene also has written for Hearst's San Francisco ExaminerSuper Lawyers, university publications, and many other outlets. Her features and breaking news coverage earned awards from the National Newspaper Association and California Newspaper Publishers Association. Most recently, Ilene built a content marketing business that provides communications strategies for nonprofit and corporate clients.

Irene S. Levine

Irene S. Levine is an award-winning freelance journalist and author whose writing focuses on travel and relationships. Trained as a clinical psychologist, she holds a faculty appointment as a professor of psychiatry at the New York University School of Medicine. She has also held senior management and policymaking roles at the National Institute of Mental Health and the Center for Mental Health Services in Rockville, Maryland.

Janet Leiser

Janet Leiser is an editor, reporter and marketing manager who has worked at a variety of publications, and whose areas of expertise include business, real estate, education and law. She was awarded the Green Eyeshade Award while at the Tampa Bay Business Journal. A graduate of the University of South Florida, she now freelances in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

Jenny Burman

Jenny Burman is a writer and editor based in Los Angeles. Her work has been published in the Los Angeles Times, LAWeekly, Los Angeles Magazine, Cincinnati Magazine, and Tin House, among other publications.

Jerry Grillo

Jerry Grillo is an award-winning journalist who has written for Newsday, ESPN, Golf Magazine and Atlanta magazine, among others. For 14 years, he was senior and executive editor at Georgia Trend, where he helped transform the magazine into a leading business resource. His book, The Music and Mythocracy of Col. Bruce Hampton: A Basically True Biography, was published in April 2021 by the University of Georgia Press. A biography of Baseball Hall-of-Famer Johnny Mize is slated for publication by University of Nebraska Press in 2024.

Jessica Frank

Jessica S. Frank is a freelance journalist for Super Lawyers. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and master’s degrees in English literature and creative writing. She has been a reporter for Capital Newspapers, law office co-owner, and instructor at two universities.
