Susan Wenner Jackson

Susan Wenner Jackson is a freelance writer and content marketing manager for Kroger Precision Marketing. She holds a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School and a bachelor's in English/journalism from Miami University. Susan lives with her husband, their two children, and two dogs in a northern suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Tim Kelly, J.D.

Tim Kelly is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. A writer by trade, Tim worked for years in retail copywriting before serving as an entertainment journalist both online and in print. As a journalist, he was quoted by the New York Times,, and; and saw his written work published in the World Film Locations series of books. In 2017, he shifted his focus toward the legal industry, with an emphasis on small business law. Tim currently writes for and lives in the Twin Cities, where he enjoys being a husband and new dad.

Timothy Harper

Timothy Harper is an award-winning journalist, author and lawyer. He has written for The New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune and Atlantic Monthly, among others. He’s also a collaborator, ghostwriter, and book doctor with a dozen books of his own, including License to Steal: The Secret World of Wall Street and the Systematic Plundering of the American Investor; and The Complete Idiot's Guide to the U.S. Constitution. He received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin and has taught in the journalism graduate schools at CUNY, Columbia and NYU.

Toni Klym McLellan

Toni McLellan is an attorney by training, and has more than 16 years of experience crafting content for major magazines and brands, including Parents, Family Fun, Yoga Journal, Disney, Volkswagen, and AT&T. She writes and edits a variety of content, including profiles, video and podcast scripts, features, blog posts, and newsletters. Toni is also a certified mediator trained in facilitative mediation at the Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago. 

William Wagner

William Wagner is an award-winning writer and editor who’s been at it for thirty-plus years. He has written for everything from Sports Illustrated to the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, and also is the author of a book about the Chicago Cubs titled Wrigley Blues. Wagner has contributed to Super Lawyers since 2005 and has thoroughly enjoyed interviewing and profiling an array of fascinating attorneys.
